At Ishqnain, operated by Ishqnain, we value your trust and aim to provide a smooth shopping experience. Since our jewellery pieces are carefully inspected before dispatch, we maintain a transparent policy for refunds, returns, and cancellations as outlined below.

1. Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing the order.
Once the order is processed or shipped, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.
To request a cancellation, please email us at info@Ishqnain.com with your order ID and reason for cancellation.
Approved cancellations will be refunded within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.

2. Return Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

You received a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery by emailing info@Ishqnain.com with:
- Order ID
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue

Once your return request is reviewed, we’ll guide you through the return process.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return or Refund

Customised, engraved, or made-to-order jewellery pieces.
Items purchased during special sales or clearance offers.
Products returned without original packaging or proof of purchase.

4. Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment source.
In case of COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, refunds will be issued via bank transfer (bank details must be provided by the customer).
Please note that shipping or courier charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to get a replacement, please request a return (if eligible) and place a new order once the refund is processed.
